📝 Ingredients (Makes 3 Frankies)
For the stuffing:

Paneer – 200g (cut into thin strips or small cubes)

Onion – 1, sliced

Capsicum – 1, sliced

Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Hung curd or thick dahi – 2 tbsp
-
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
-
Salt to taste

Oil or ghee – for frying
Masalas:

1 tsp Kashmiri Mirchi Masala
-
½ tsp Tandoori Masala
-
½ tsp Special Garam Masala
-
½ tsp Kitchen King Masala
For the wrap:

Wheat or maida rotis / wraps – 3

Butter or ghee – to toast

Egg – Optional (skip for veg)

Mayonnaise or Green chutney – for spreading

Onion rings, chat masala – for topping
👩🍳 How to Make It
1. Marinate the Paneer:
In a bowl, mix paneer with curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, Kashmiri Mirchi Masala, Tandoori Masala, and salt. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
2. Cook the Filling:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions and capsicum until slightly soft. Add marinated paneer. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes till the masala coats well. Add Garam Masala and Kitchen King Masala. Toss well and switch off heat.
3. Prepare the Wraps:

Heat the roti on a tawa with a little ghee.

Optional: pour a beaten egg and flip if making egg roll.

Spread mayo or green chutney.

Add stuffing, onion rings, sprinkle a pinch of chat masala.

Roll it tightly and toast again on the tawa for a crispy finish.
