🍖 Desi Mutton Sukka + Mutton Rassa (Double Style) – Serves 4
🧄 Ingredients:

Mutton (with bone) – 750g

Onion – 3 large (finely sliced)

Tomato – 1 medium (chopped)
-
Grated dry coconut – 3 tbsp
-
Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
-
Oil – 4 tbsp
-
Salt – to taste
-
Water – as needed
-
Fresh coriander – for garnish
🧂 Masalas from Combo:

Tej Mirchi Masala – 1 tsp (for heat)

Koli Mix Special Masala – 1 tbsp

Special Masala – 1 tbsp

Malvani Masala – 1 tbsp

Mutton Masala – 1.5 tbsp
🔥 Method:
Step 1: Masala Base

Heat oil in a thick-bottom pan. Sauté onions until deeply golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste, fry until the raw smell disappears.

Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
-
Add all the masalas one by one and sauté well.
-
Add grated coconut, roast until everything becomes thick and aromatic.
Step 2: Cook the Mutton

Add cleaned mutton, salt, and mix thoroughly in the masala.

Sauté for 10 minutes on medium heat to coat well.

Add ½ cup water, cover, and pressure cook for 4–5 whistles (or cook in a pot till tender).

Once cooked, separate half for sukka, and use remaining for rassa.
Step 3: Make the Rassa

Add 1.5 cups hot water to the remaining half. Simmer for 5–7 minutes. Adjust salt.

Garnish both with chopped coriander.
